Assembly
The assembly of various components, for example, buckle elements or strap links, is carried out by hand. Larger production series benefit from semi-automatic assembly equipment, which makes it possible to meet the stipulated delivery deadlines.

Finishes
The finishes give the components their full lustre and elegance. They bring together a wide range of techniques, including sandblasting, microblasting, chemical deburring by etching, anodizing, polishing, black polish, thermal treatments, electropolishing or passivation.

Quality control
Within the Cendres+Métaux Group, quality is everyone’s business. Each workshop is responsible for checking its own work before delivering to the next workshop. Before delivery, a final inspection is carried out according to each client’s specific requirements. This consists of aesthetic and functional checks, a visual inspection and, if the product requires it, a sizing inspection. On request, a certificate of inspection can be attached to the delivery.
