Automatic turning is used to manufacture high-precision components with a diameter of 0.05 mm to 32 mm. A large number of materials can be machined in the form of bars, coils or reels, such as stainless steel, titanium, 20AP steel, chromium-cobalt, Permenorm, Chronifer, MP 35N, copper, beryllium copper, nickel silver (maillechort), bronze and aluminium.
Exterior watch elements
Automatic turning is used in forming exterior watch elements, such as crowns, bracelet links or exposed screws. These parts are then completed by applying various treatments or finishes, such as polishing, blocking, thermal treatment, nickel plating, gold plating, rhodium plating, microblasting or bluing.
Parts for watch movements
The automatic turning department produces components for watch movements such as screws, pins, collets, cones, pins, wheels or pinions.
