On-the-job training
1st year of training Department: Dental Sales/Medical Sales
- Processing orders from A to Z, written and telephone correspondence
2nd year of training Departments: Marketing Medtech/Lux
- Organising customer visits, assisting with events/exhibitions/trade fairs and familiarising yourself with marketing tools
3rd year of training Departments: Finance & Controlling/ Procurement
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable, gaining insights into regular reporting, obtaining quotes, coordinating supplier visits, placing orders for raw materials and office supplies
Generally, you will change departments every six months, in order to familiarise yourself with as many divisions of the company as possible.
Schooling
- Three years
- B Profile: Basic general education in one foreign language (French or English) and in-depth study of information, communication and administration
- E Profile: Advanced general education in two foreign languages (English, French or German) and in-depth study of business and social studies
- M Profile: Vocational baccalaureate in two foreign languages (English, French or German), obtaining additional internationally recognised language diplomas and in-depth general education
- Branch courses: Service and administration

- School: E Profile/B Profile: BFB Wirtschaftsschule/École commerciale (business school) in Biel/Bienne
- School: M Profile: BFB Wirtschaftsschule/École commerciale in Biel/Bienne (German), CEFF Centre de formation professionnelle Berne francophone in Tramelan (French) (professional training centre)
- Branch courses: Biel or Tramelan

- At least a good school-leaving certificate at Realschule level
