16.02.2024 - CFO change at the Cendres+Métaux Group

CFO David Tramaux is leaving the company at the end of April. The Board of Directors has appointed Marcel Gerber as the Group's new CFO. A seamless transition is ensured.

After more than 6 years of dedicated service to the Cendres+Métaux Group, CFO David Tramaux is leaving the Group. He will take on a new role outside the Group.

During his time at Cendres+Métaux, David Tramaux made an important contribution to several strategic projects. Among other things, he was involved in the M&A projects of recent years and also part of the team that achieved the Group's turnaround. David Tramaux will finalise the 2023 financial statements and leave the company at the end of April 2024.

We would like to thank David Tramaux for his exceptional commitment and contribution to building the Cendres+Métaux Group and wish him all the best in his new endeavours.

At the same time, we are delighted to welcome Marcel Gerber as our new Group CFO. Marcel Gerber has more than 10 years of experience as CFO, including in group structures. He also has in-depth knowledge of the manufacturing industry and in particular of contract manufacturing, as well as the medical technology and watchmaking industries.

We are confident that Marcel Gerber will help drive the further development of the Group and take the Group's financial strategy to the next level. We look forward to working with Marcel Gerber.
